how to start working for estate agents

Postby hip2epc on Thu Feb 04, 2010 9:17 pm

Hi all, I have been a home inspector and domestic energy assessor for nearly 3 years now and at first I was promised lots of work by the company that I paid thousands to train me. I have found it really difficuilt myself but about 3 months ago stumbled across a company that has really helped me and now im flying. Im now working with letting agents and have been really busy carrying out epc`s for rental properties. The company I went through is called target your market media and they are running a program for Home inspectors and energy assesors. Just wanted to share this info as I no how tough it is and they are not advertising the program as there are limited places available and I only found out about it through word of mouth. They are in close connection with thousands of estate agents and letting agents and have aggrements with them. They took my information, made the initial introductions and and now im working for 3 local letting agents. They have completely transformed my career and they only charged me a small registartion fee and a really low monthly fee which iv now just paid the year upfront as Ive already completed nearly 100 epc`s in 3 months. Cant recommend them enough, there number is 0800 849 1227 ask for kieran as he is running the program, Not sure if they have any places left in your area but might be worth giving them a call anyway. good luck.

Actually it isnt, I have seen scams trying to get money from DEA`s but this was not 1, they didnt take any money from me until the whole thing was set-up and introductions were being made. I do agree there are scams out there but you have to be aware that there are legitimate companies offering services that can help us. Sometimes if you are negative about everything then maybe nothing positive will never happen to you. Im not saying it will work for everyone, although I cant see why not, but I dont think they will have any places left anyway as a friend I trained with was turned away just last week. The reason I trusted them was that they were not advertising this service and I saw it posted on the home inspectors forum and the DEA that posted was turned away himself. If it was a scam then why would they turn money away. It has worked for me, my advice is to call them and see what you think yourself, you dont have to commit to anything do you.

If you are a fresher then it can be little tough but you can always learn by low salary experience and then you can get all the things that you want.
